Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you visit the Werkon website, use its content, or send us an enquiry. By doing so, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

The website is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or submit information through it.

The site explains how Werkon approaches systems audits, custom software, AI systems, agents, automation, workflow redesign, and integrations. It also gives prospective clients a way to show us one operational workflow and ask whether a change is worth pursuing.

Site content is general information, not technical, legal, financial, security, or business advice for your specific circumstances. Examples and sample interface signals explain the working method. They are not client evidence or promises that an engagement will produce a specific result.

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, an obligation for Werkon to accept work, or a duty to treat the submission as confidential under a non-disclosure agreement. We may decline an enquiry or ask for more context before deciding whether to continue.

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to share it. Our use of enquiry data is described in the Privacy Policy.

If we decide to work together, the engagement starts only when the relevant parties accept a written proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or similar contract. That agreement, not this website, sets the project terms.

Depending on the engagement, it should cover:

• scope, assumptions, milestones, acceptance, and change control;
• fees, taxes, expenses, payment timing, and suspension rights;
• each party's responsibilities, access, and dependencies;
• ownership and permitted use of code, data, infrastructure, tools, and pre-existing materials;
• confidentiality, security, data processing, support, warranties, liability, and termination; and
• the governing law and forum for that engagement.

If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, bypass security controls, or overload its infrastructure;
• submit malicious code, deceptive enquiries, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person's rights;
• impersonate another person or organisation, misrepresent your authority, or use the site to facilitate fraud; or
• copy, extract, or reuse the site in a way that suggests Werkon endorses you or that Werkon's work, identity, or materials are yours.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its visitors, Werkon, or another person.

The site's text, visuals, interface, code, trade names, logos, and other materials are owned by Werkon or used with permission. These Terms let you view the site for its intended business-information purpose; they do not transfer ownership or grant a broader licence.

You may link to public pages in a fair and lawful way that does not imply endorsement. Contact us before reproducing site materials for another purpose.

The enquiry form uses FormSubmit to route submissions to Werkon. The site may also link to websites or services operated by other parties. Their availability, security, content, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies, not these Terms.

A link is provided for context or convenience and does not, by itself, mean that Werkon endorses or controls the third party.

We work to keep the site useful, secure, and accurate, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every statement will remain current. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site without notice.

You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it and for protecting your own devices, accounts, and data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Werkon is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, inability to use the site, reliance on site content, or a third-party service. Because access to this website is free, Werkon's aggregate liability for website-only use will not exceed the amount you paid Werkon specifically for that use, which will normally be zero.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including responsibility for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. A signed client agreement sets the liability position for paid work.

We may update these Terms when the site, our services, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Your continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point forward.

If a concern arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. These website Terms do not select a law or forum that would override mandatory rights that apply to you. Any formal client engagement will state its governing law and dispute forum in the signed agreement.
